how extract string colum in text file has different formats

*hi I have file has different formats columns,what I need is extracting string column. Textscan function need fixed number of elements in each row to work. in my case, there is column about country where this feature sometimes has two words such as United states and in other times has one word such as Canada. other problem,I can not assign specific format for one column because in one row has digit value and in other row has string because has no value so null is assigned as following example:

http://www.ssat.com.ar ssat.com.a 200.127.117.188 Argentina S.A. -34.7765

http://www.librosar.com.ar librosar.com.ar st United states st null
