grouping number in

hi, i have problem. which code i should use in order to grouping number. there is want i want, somebody help me.this the link

I cannot see any pattern that would explain all the columns you show. In some cases the value is the max() of the column, in other cases it is the sum of the items that are equal to the max of the column, and in at least one case the max of the column is ignored.
