How to change the Matlab "toolstrip" color and font color?

Instead of the blue and white border around the attached screenshot, I'd like a much darker version to match what's inside the script. Preferably a dark grey/black background to make the Matlab window a little easier to stare at and a font color / edge color to stand out from that. I know it's a silly issue but it drives me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use the invert colors in the accessibility settings on your computer. You can just keep the default colors in matlab and everything is dark. Keep the settings open to toggle when you need it.

This is not a silly question. I'm visually impaired and the high contrast mode is a life/ job saver. A change on the menu would save me from having to take screenshots, pasting in paint, and inverting the color just to find the stupid buttom i'm looking for.... So if anyone's made progress on this, or MathWorks is listening, please invert those menu colors when a user goings into high contrast mode. Or at the very least make this more configurable.

There is also a cool FileExchange that can help you set the preferences (themes). http://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/53862-matlab-schemer
