How can I determine blood type using MATLAB?

Good Day, We are working on our thesis that involves determination of blood types. However, I do not know what method to use to be able to determine that since I am still considered as a newbie in MATLAB.

To be able to determine the blood type, I must determine where there is an agglutination. But I do not know what method I should use, I haven't found any same problem throughout the internet. I was thinking of doing imfindcircles but I do not know if that might work.

Is there such method that I can use?
