how to develop isosurface

Dear All,

Now i have the location X, Y, Z. how to me develop the isosurface? is it using the location X, Y, Z or just location X dan Y??

Noted:

1) I have 135 slice

2) Dicom format

3) dimension 256x256

Anyone please help me some idea...
