How can I introduce a real consumption profile to Simulink ??

I am studying a PV conversion chain with real irradiation and temperature data. the problem I have is that I want to simulate with an actual profile of the load that I have in Excel form. How can I introduce a real consumption profile to simulate with variable load ? Thank you.
