converting .mat file with image to .csv file

Hello Everyone,

I labelled my image dataset using the MATLAB app 'Image Labeler' and exported the labelled dataset as a .mat file. Now, I would like to covert it to a .csv file. I tried using csvwrite() but wasn't successful. I want to eventually use this data to train a model to perform a classification task.

I am new to these functions, and apologize if this was already answered.
