How to implement Solar MPPT with constant voltage at the output load?

I've used a Duty Cycle generated by the Mppt block as an input to my DC boost converter , but it doesn't give me a constant voltage at the output. Can anyone suggest a Simulink implementation of this problem.

MPPT is not meant to give constant voltage, it gives the voltage at which you have maximum POwer. You need another converter to output the constant voltage, I am actually struggling with this right now as well.
