how can I plot multiple probability plot with assumption that weibull distribution with same shape parameters with different scale parameter

Hello. I am little in desperate situation and really need help. Well. my data have all multiple set of data such as dat1=wblrnd(0.5,0.5,[1 6]) and dat2=wblrnd(1,1,[1 6]) which scale and shape parameters are different. but i wan to prove both data following the same distribution with same shape parameter with different scale parameter. below picture is what my intention

this figure shows that 3 data set following the weibull distribution with same shape with different scale parameters. Thank you and if you have need any more description, let me know. I really appreciate any advice.
