intlinprog solver and cplexmip solvers - comparison - reg

I want to know whether the algorithm used in MATLAB R 2014a for ' intlinprog' and 'cplexmip' solvers are same or different. If a large mip problem (involving say 2000 integer variables and 1500 constraints ) is solved with intlinprog solver of MATLAB R2014a and cplexmip solver, are the optimal values of variables same or is there any difference.
