time dependent sensitivity analysis

I would like to get some advice on how to perform a time dependent sensitivity analysis in SimBiology. For,instance in COPASI tool there is an option to do sensitivity analysis for a system which has achieved a steady state.I wish to perform the same kind of analysis for non-steady state systems.i.e perturb the kinetics of an enzyme and see how the metabolite rate changes.

SimBiology has functionality for performing sensitivity analysis. Here’s an example that uses the command-line interface: G-Protein Example. You can also perform sensitivity analysis from the SimBiology Desktop (graphical interface).

Many thanks for the advice. I tried importing SBML file of a model. An error is displayed"Simbiology version 55. does not support SBML functions.Backup the original SBML file to avoid losing any function definitions.'
I continued by adding a task and trying to simulate the model. But the simulation failed. Could you please help me with this?
