EPS Images generated from matlab

I have generated different plots and pulse shapes in .png and .eps formats using matlab and i want them to include in my Latex based manuscript. When i want to view the .eps images in eps viewer or adobe illustrative,then the image quality is poor.It become further poor after adding in latex but the images generated by the matlab are of good quality.Please tell me what to do to get good images imported into latex????
