How to resample correctly

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to resample a PRBS waveform correctly.

MATLAB get data (form Oscilloscope ) which is 10 MHz waveform and 100 MSa/s samplerate.

So, I would like to resample medium point of each bit.
