How can i solve compiler problem in MATLAB 2014a in windows 10

After i type
>> mex -setup
Error using mex No supported compiler or SDK was found. For options, visit http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2014a/win64.
i try everything from youtube videos to matlab forums icould not find anything. In matlab 2014a for windows10 , 1. installing spk 7.1 is not working 2. minGW is not working (i try make a path and after that mex setup )
anybody pls help .
