Is it possibe to have a custom image as a control in Matlab App Designer?

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to have an image like this

In the Matlab App Designer and then use this as a controller for "steering" an object?

If not, can you then use a push button on the app designer and every push will turn the steering depending on the angle?

I've included a .mlaap file that contains knob and slider as a starting?

You could put the image in and then put a slider underneath that rotates the image as the slider moves. You move the slider to steer but get the feedback of what the wheel would do.
