Making squares in the Simulink Scope

Suppose that there is a flat road that can be described by a function.

The top view of this road can be plotted in the Simulink scope by routing these functions to a scope block.

Suppose there are cubic obstacles on this road.

What is the simplest way to create a the 2D projection of these obstacles in the road described above? I just need to make squares appear on the top view of the road.

The purpose of this is to run simulations on a collision avoidance system for an autonomous vehicle.
