What are you trying to achieve with the following error line?

Error in line

plot('waveform[a]');

the data arguments for plot are wrong.. If you comment out the line the code works without any errors..

Also make sure the 'E:\COLLEGE PROJECT WORKS\task\sound.wav' exists..

also you are defining ms1 and ms2 but not using it.. so I guess there is more to this..
