How to plot multiple 2D contours on a single 3D plot?

Hi All,

I have a number of 2D contour plots, and I need to represent them on one single 3D plot at various Z axis intervals.

This is the best example how I want to plot:

Any comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Okay....it is straight forward one...what you have tried so far?
