how do I reactivate MATLAB using the correct host ID/Username?

I am getting the Code 9 error and I know that I changed the user ID thing at the beginning of install, I thought it was asking about changing a user name not a computer ID. So my MATLAB will not launch with out changing this and I am not sure how.

First you need to deactivate MATLAB and activate again. Please see this document which describes how to deactivate MATLAB (use MATLAB_INSTALL\uninstall\bin\win64\deactivate_matlab.exe if Windows). After that, launch matlab and activate again.
