Is fitcecoc function standardizing predictors (X) when learner is linear ?

Hello everyone ! I've noticed that in the function fitcecoc (for SVM classification in Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox), you cannot set an option for standardizing the predictors variables (X) if you are using a linear learner. You can set the option for non-linear learners (kernels) but not for linear ones. So my question is : is the function systematically standardizing the predictors when the learner is linear or not ?
