how to get rid of error occuring while importing data to system identification toolbox

the value of the "outputdata" property must be a double matrix or a cell array of such matrices

this is seen in the error dialog box ..

please rectify it as early as possible

We need to know more about how you are importing the data.

Are you using importdata() to read the data? importdata() often outputs things that are not numeric.
