draw an ellipse with maximum correlation with a segment

Hello. I'm working on an image processing project. I have segmented an image which the segmented result is attached and i have used the 'regionprops' function, so i have the properties of this image such as: center of gravity, orientation,minor and major axis length and... now i need to find the ellipse with the same properties and maximum correlation with this segment. i mean an ellipse with same center and orientation of this segment and maximum correlation.
