How can I use a wifi OBD II with matlab?

I'm writing a code, and part of it requires to read data from the car's sensors. I'm using a wifi OBD scan tool (That's what I could find in the shops around where I live), and i want to take readings from it to matlab. I downloaded the ObdTool add on but it turned out it only works with USB. Is there a way to interact with the wifi obd? (not necessarily a ready tool or add on, I figured I probably need to write a code that does that, but I have no idea where to start).

I was able to solve this problem by downloading "tcp2com" and using OBDTool.
