How to solve the issue of scope (simulink) and mfile?

Hai guys,
I have a question. I run my simulation using the simulink and use scope to display the result. Then I plot the results in m. file. However, something weird happened. As you can see in the figure below, that is the result from the scope. The next image is the figure from the m file. I don't know why there is a small overshoot at the end of the mfile. I've tried to change the data, but it doesn't work. Could anyone help me about this? i'm so clueless.
Thanks Siti

I am assuming that you are referring to the small vertical dark blue line at Time=20. It is difficult to tell the reason without looking at the data. Could you please share a MAT file that could be used to reproduce the same?
