Tsai Calibration data into Top-View Homography matrix

How can I get Top-View Homography matrix aka 'ground plane homography' a 3x3 matrix, from Tsai Calibration file which includes Intrinsic and Extrinsic parameters ? The details of Tsai calibration fields are here: http://homepages.inf.ed.ac.uk/rbf/CVonline/LOCAL_COPIES/DIAS1 These fields are slightly different from cameraParameters object in MATLAB.
