Can I configure my license server to return idle toolbox licenses?

Timeout exists for Matlab - TIMEOUT MATLAB 14400 - Specify idle timeout for a concurrent license of MATLAB . (Returns concurrent licenses back to the pool if MATLAB is left open for 4 consecutive hours.

Can I use the TIMEOUT for a specific toolbox? If so, when Toolbox is timed out, will Matlab "pause" too?
