Plot 2D surface with color

Hello I have data like 0 5 0.5 1 6 0.1 9 0.5 0.29 .... with first column present x coordinate the second is y coordinate and the last is concentration. I would like to plot each point (x,y) with color depending on the concentration Like this example Thank you
