Transistor NPN - Simscape

Hi everyone, I am trying to create an electric circuit using Simscape and the tools in the electronic library. I need to model an NPN transistor (model TIP31C) and looking at its datasheet I am not able to fill all the parameters required by simulink. In particular, I do not know how to compute the output admittance (I guess it would be Ic/ Vce but I am not sure), how to get Ib at which Vbe is computed (not provided in any datasheet), and how to get the resistance values and the capacitance ones. Also, when modeling a diode, I do not know the values to put in the resistor fields. They are not specified in the datasheets.
