how could I merge a GUI with PowePoint presentation?

Hello to all,

I'm currently working on a neurofeedback treatment for people with cognitive problems and I'm struggling with neurofeedback (two vertical sliders wit color indicating concentration levels and emotion valence during the test) while we're performing some cognitive tests developed in severals PowerPoint presentations. We first tried to show the presentations in one screen and the neurofeedback in another one, but it's really difficult to be aware of both systems at the same time, so I'm trying to display it all in one single screen. I wonder, if there is a way to merge them. Is it possible to embed ppts in a gui and still work with them as you do in PowerPoint presentation mode?
