Multiple datas in single contour plot

I have created a 2d inviscid pipe flow code. The shape of domain is L-shape. I have divided the domain into two rectangles and solving the equations separately. In order to create a connectivity between two domains I have specified "Last row of first domain is equal to first row of 2nd domain". Now I am interested in viewing the contour plots of two domain, How can i do this?. Please help me in this.
