Fatal error when installing SDK 7.1

I am using Matlab R2015a and have windows 7 on my machine. I am trying to install SDK 7.1 but it gives the following error:

Installation of the "Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 Samples" product has reported the following error: Fatal error during installation.

I have removed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable yet I am facing the same issue.

The log file shows following error:
