I have created a Matlab GUI for Image processing. How do i make the GUI run for various images in a folder and export that data to an excel sheet ?

I have created an application for comparing 2 CAD drawings and grade them according to a pre-defined grading rubric. How do I make the application run for multiple images in a folder and export the results to an excel sheet ?
