The toolbox can be downloaded from https://code.google.com/archive/p/mirone/downloads . The source code for it appears to be available at https://code.google.com/archive/p/mirone/source/default/source
The Global CMT Catalog appears to be available from http://www.globalcmt.org/CMTfiles.html
