executable application in windows 7

Hi, I made an executable application from a GUI that I made. I know that I need MCRInstaller and/or VC80 and this application works fine on my computer with Windows XP 32bit. What I want to do is to make my application working on my computer and on another computer with Windows 7 64bit.

For the record, I checked all the forums and tried every thing that I saw, but nothing happened. Maybe I am a little dazed from staring, but I did not find an answer of my problem.
