Getting problem in loading simulink model on arduino mega

If I am loading simulink model on Arduino Mega, I am getting below error. Please help in resolving the same

 The call to realtime_make_rtw_hook, during the after_make hook generated the following error:
    The specified file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Production Server\R2015a\toolbox\physmod\simscape\engine\sli\lib\win64\ssc_sli" does not exist on the path.

The build process will terminate as a result.
