compare image and give out not similar or in boolean (1/0) form

i am using R2012 matlab
i have to compare two image and get out put in numeric term
or in words like not similar
psnr, immse, ssim is not working any other option to replace this.
actually i am doing activity detection
in which i will compare frame and detect walking activity
