How to Create 2D Data Table From Row & Column Information

Hi Everyone,

I have a data file containing x,y and z columns. However when I want to use these data in a 2D look-up table, I have to generate a raisonable data table such that for missing values out of diagonal should be some what meaningful. Actually I wrote a script in this objective which turn out to be a failure...
