Moustafa - if we assume that there are only two columns in your table, then you could do something like
tableData = get(tableH,'Data');
plot(axesH, tableData(:,1), tableData(:,2));
In the above, I'm assuming that tableH is the handle to your table and that axesH is the handle to the axes. (And that tableData is not a cell array.)

may i ask, can i plot graph in gui using data from uitable? if yes can you please share me what is the coding

The code would be similar to the above posted code...you just need to extract the data from your uitable.

Undefined function or variable 'tableH'. Can you please help me?

Kev - you would need to show all of the code that you have written. tableH is a variable specific to this problem and is used as an example only and so will not (according to the error) be a variable that you are using.
