Is it posible to give more than one region for an image with the R-CNN function : trainRCNNObjectDetector ?

Hello,
I want to use the trainRCNNObjectDetector fuction, I am quite new with CNN ... I Label some region for images but there is 30 regions within an image. I would like to know if its posible to give more than one region as an input for trainRCNNObjectDetector . If you want more information of my training dataset or my application do not hesitate !
