Delete boundary conditions doesn't work!

Hey, please see attached text file from Matlab console for problem. I am trying to remove some boundary conditions as explained in docs, but it won't happen. Any ideas?
Edit: I am using MatLab 2015b with pde toolbox version 2.1.
