I am using Mathworks Lithium 2RC battery model as reference for creating my battery model. Since I can't edit the original, what are the other ways I could create those resistors, capacitor blocks ? I couldn't find out those blocks in simscape

Just copy the whole simulink model and paste it on empty model. Then change whatever you like.
