I have 7200 row of data. I want to select the row after every 10 row (means that want to delete the 10 row in between. and then want to multiply it with 10^5. What should I do?

newmatrix = originalmatrix(1:11:end, :) * 1e5
This is really basic matlab. Have you gone through the getting started tutorial?
