calling function from Matlab Simulink to M file

Can anyone help me Actually I preparing Matlab Simulink Program which is designed to minimize an error (Objective function) This objective function contain three variables which must be optimized using Genetic Algorithm . My question is How to call this objective function which contain these three variables from Mtlab Simulink to M file and process the Genetic Algorithm on this objective function
