Extracting features from a .wav file using MFCC?

I'm doing research using .wav files and I have already extracted several features from these files, however I can't figure out how to extract the MFCC.
If anyone has done this before, can you please help?

Yes i have seen this earlier. But, i am unable to give the required inputs.
