Creating a 3d well log profile

Hello!

I am trying to create well log profile at different places. Basically I have different soil conditions at different depths in a particular location and I have data for several such locations. I want a 3d plot showing all the well locations and their respective subsurface profiles as layers. Also is it possible to interpolate using these points to create a 3d subsurface showing the connections between the soils.

Sounds like you need a proper 3d graphics package for this. Matlab really isn't the software for doing much in the way of 3d plotting other than scatter plots or simple line plots in 3d space.
