how to connect a fingerprint scanner with MATLAB?

Hello all i would like to know how to connect a fingerprint scanner with MATLAB ? SO THAT MATLAB can read image from the scanner
PS: my fingerprint scanner is "ZK4500 device" it is connected to the PC by USB

zkteco still exists, but they have almost no information still available about that previous product. The closest they appear to have at the moment is the ZK9500 https://www.zkteco.com/en/product_detail/ZK9500.html

Visit https://www.zkteco.com/product/ZK4500_238.html and select the Download tab. Click to download the ZKFinger SDK. The result will be a zip file that does not have the .zip extension, so you need to either rename it to end in .zip or you need to open your unzip software specifically.
Unzip the file and change to the appropriate subdirectory and run the setup.exe (I did not try that myself.)
The pdf description of the SDK indicates that you can use ActiveX to communicate with the software, so you can use the actxserver() MATLAB call to start communicating with it.

Thank u sir, I am using SECUGEN device .I do not know how to connect with matlab.

SECUGEN drivers appear to use Windows Biometric Framework. You might be able to use https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/62398-fingerprint-reader-function to talk to it.
