I used MATLAB to run the CurveLab toolbox to implement the 3D Curvelet Transform using fdct3d_demo_basic. I tried to figure out how the Curvelet Coefficients were labelled (arranged, or stored) in this function output? The output of this function, say C consists of 5 cells, each corresponds to each scale level. Consider C{2} which has 6x64 = 384 3D array (Curvelet Coefficients for each position). I am not sure, in which order (or according to what set up) are those 384 array stored?
My guess is: Since the 3D Curvelet is based on a 3D cube, each face consists of 64 square. Therefore the Curvelet Coefficients may be arranged in 64(:) order, i.e. from up to down and left to right
