How do I control the main window/display?

Instead of the standard "4 rectangle" display, the whole screen is filled with the Command rectangle. How do I return to the normal display?

On the Home tab, in the Environment section, click Layout, and then from the drop down select "Default" from the Select Layout section.

This should return the display to the normal one.
