License Manager Error -39

Hi,

I use Matlab at work and we have a network license. I don't have any problem to use matlab then when I am on the network at work or on the wifi at work. However, if I try to work from home and connect to the server via VPN, the license checkout fails and I get a License Manager Error -39. If I ping the computer on which the license is located there is no problem, I can even remotely connect to that computer. Any of my coworkers that have their name on the license file have no problem connecting from home. What is causing the problem?

Thanks for the link, I had seen it already. My name is on the INCLUDE list and is correctly spelled. Once again, I can access Matlab when I am physically in my office on this license. I can also remotely log on to the computer that has the license and check that my name is on the license and it is.
