How to create an ideal frequency spectrum (just the graphic) with Matlab

I'd like to create a graphic such as the first one shown in this link.
I know how to create the frequency spectrum of a signal in Matlab. But I want this ideal graphic. Is there a way? I am also using Simulink, maybe it can be achieved with it.
